Emily and her husband reside in Lee County, returning to her husband’s hometown where his family has resided for generations. They have two children and enjoy teaching their children the responsibilities of small-town country life.

Outside of real estate, Emily enjoys volunteering at the Parochial school in Giddings. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, photography, gardening, and family-time. She has a passion for traveling and is always looking forward to the next family trip. Emily resides on the edge of Lee County, within a few miles of Fayette and Washington counties. With her knowledge of the area, she strives to build relationships while exceeding her client’s expectations.

and headed off to Tarleton State University right after graduation where he met his lovely wife of 46 years. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Agriculture Education and Agronomy. The 6 years Billy was in Erath County, he gained experience in horticulture and ranching.

His professional career began in Cherokee County in 1974 as the Agricultural Extension Agent. Billy has served as the Extension Agent in Limestone, Freestone, and Lee counties until his retirement in 2006. His real estate career began after he retired from being a county agent.

Billy has a passion for helping people, love for agriculture, and management of natural resources. He knows the land from farming, ranching, and wildlife to enhance and preserve the rewards of property ownership. Naturally, real estate became his specialty.

When not helping people with real estate, Billy enjoys spending time with his wife Yvonne, three daughters, and three grandchildren. He can be found most days on their small ranch out of Lincoln, TX, or throughout Lee County visiting with landowners. With over 40 years of experience consulting people, his goal is to successfully lead sellers and buyers to achieve their lifetime dreams and goals.

in Pennsylvania, then moved to California, where she attended the University of California in Santa Barbara. She eventually moved to Texas to raise a family in Austin and began an illustrious career in sales and marketing.

Moving to Houston, she continued her career working in advertising for 16 years becoming their top salesperson. She switched gears and began working in Real Estate for Remax, while at the same time studying and taking various jobs in the Wine Industry. Juggling two diverse but complimentary careers for the next 19 years, Lori received accolades in both fields, becoming one of Texas’s top agents, while also receiving honors and accreditations both locally and nationally in the Wine Industry, including being one of the Head Wine Panel Judges for the Houston Rodeo wine competition which is now one of the largest wine competitions in the country for the last 16 years.

In 2012, Lori took a step back and moved to the country near Smithville, Texas to take care of her father. She became interested in sustainable farming and ranching and set up a working farm that used progressive ideas and techniques to raise poultry, cattle, and vegetables. She is also very passionate about water conservation and environmentally friendly farming and gardening techniques.

Throughout her life, Lori has followed her passions relentlessly and with unparalleled integrity. She is a dedicated wife, mother of two boys and two girls, but now is most proud of her 5 grandchildren. She is raising her now 2-year-old and 4-year-old grandchildren. Her success in every endeavor has been based on honesty, hard work and truly caring about those she works for, while creating long-term working relationships.

Having grown up in the country, Scott has thorough knowledge of country properties, and he helps operate his family’s cattle operation, Pecan Valley Charlois Ranch. Scott’s experience helping maintain the cattle and acreage gives him an edge on understanding the ins and outs of owning and maintaining farm and ranch property.

Scott also has comprehensive knowledge/background concerning oil & gas lease and pipeline matters, and as a professional working for 20+ years in large corporations, he gained valuable experience in energy sales and contract negotiation.

Scott has a passion for volunteering and giving back to the community, having served on many boards and committees freely donating his time, talent and treasure to various organizations including serving as Past-President of South Central Board of Realtors, President of Round Top-Carmine Young Farmers, Church Council President, Adult Sunday School teacher, President of Giddings Chamber of Commerce, and Lions Club.

With all these experiences dovetailing together, it’s no surprise that God called Scott to help others with their real estate needs. Honest, hardworking, and professional in all that he does, Scott is the Designated Broker for Schultz Texas Properties and co-owner with his wife, Lori, who is a Broker Associate. They have been married 36 years and have three daughters, two granddaughters, and one grandson.

Scott served as the 2021 President of the South Central Board of REALTORS.

She enjoys working with first time homebuyers, educating them on the home buying process from start to finish. Her background in the lending process makes her an excellent fit with home buyers!

Liliana understands that owning real estate is much more than just ownership, it is a dream and a long-time goal for many. She is determined to help her clients reach their buying and selling goals, guiding them every step of the way!

Outside of real estate, Liliana is a very active sports mom. You can find her most weekends cheering her kids on at the soccer fields. She also loves traveling and hiking with her family.

Texas A&M University in College Station, graduating with a BA in Accounting in 2003. After graduation, Karissa worked as an accountant for 6 years. During those 6 years, she met her future husband, Eric, and had her first son in 2009. From 2009 to 2015, Karissa was so thankful to be able to spend her days at home with her two sons. When it was time to return to work outside the home, Karissa felt her accounting background could help her enter into a real estate career and serving her real estate clients since 2015 has been such a rewarding experience. Outside of real estate, Karissa enjoys attending her sons’ sporting events and practices, serves as the Coordinator of Hands of Hope (a local outreach program serving area school children) and as a substitute teacher for La Grange ISD.
